Amarra Apartments

Sited within the sloping hill country landscape, Amarra is a 182 unit multi-family complex overlooking the Barton Creek Habitat Preserve in Austin, Texas. The seven apartment buildings vary in three and four stories with the option of one, two, and three bedroom units. The complex also includes a Clubhouse that provides a club room, fitness center, pool and access to nature trails. One great feature of the Clubhouse is a lookout over the pool area with views of the beautiful hill country.

A feature that all apartment buildings share is access through central breezeways that supply constant airflow through the buildings, and in some instances those breezeways are connected with bridges on upper floors. St. June is designed for an Austin Energy Green Building 2 Star Rating, utilizing some of the latest strategies to prioritize sustainability. To enhance the experience and incorporate St. June’s surroundings as part of the complex, a variety of locally sourced materials are being utilized into the buildings and landscape.
